技能要求：
CAD
1. Accomplish daily production duties and Implement Essex Operating System in the daily work throughout the manufacturing group to reduce waste, improve lead-time in pursuit of operations metrics goals.
2. Assist with build, debug, training and installation of new equipment/Process to support defined production goals and requirements.
3. Oversee the manufacture and test of prototypes for customer evaluation of new products to support customer specifications, operations and technical marketing requirements.
4. Drive Lean projects to re-design product options, manufacturing equipment, tooling and processes which improve product yield, cycle time or other key metrics and get financial return as a result.
5. Applies scientific principles to identify root cause(s) of manufacturing or product problems. Defines and establishes solutions and works with R&D and Materials as required to implement permanent solution.
6. Ensure Engineering evaluates, enhances and maintains existing products. Design of Experiment methodology followed in building models of components, assemblies, and products to verify design and associated manufacturing processes in specific area of responsibility. Define escalation process for communication of issues and concerns
7. Ensure that engineering activities are managed in accordance with Essex business conduct.
8. Works with VSM team member to set up production line and manufacturing processes for transfer products and solves the technical issue. Work with Sourcing department on localization projects. Take lead on Project Transfer as needed.
9. Participates on the Product Development team with responsibility for the required elements of the manufacturing plans, process information and associated cost data analysis. Advise R&D on applications of special processes.
10. Establishes manufacturing processes to ensure successful introduction of new products.
11. Generate, review and update instructions or other documents in accordance with TS16949 quality system requirements.
12. Works with Quality Control to establish accept/reject criteria for new and existing products.
13. Comply with HSE rules.
14. Reviews manufacturing investments for technical feasibility, process fit, and cost/effectiveness, and makes recommendations for solutions or alternatives.
